4. Payment Terms

Zyms is offered as an annual subscription service at RM590 per year. Payment is required upfront for the full year. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zyms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
